and beach shops are just a walk or bike ride away.
Totally revamped for winter 23/24 season - All new paint and decor, wood accents, new AC unit, new 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom, luxury vinyl plank throughout, giant smart TVs, faster Wi-Fi, all quartz counters in kitchen/bath, new whisper quiet dishwasher, new counter stools, NEST thermostat, new stainless steel LG refrigerator with water dispenser and ice maker, and a lovely sectional sofa dinette on the lanai that has sliders.
